In Seaside Public Library’s great room, the audience for the Crazy 8s authors was a mix of fascinated locals counterbalanced by folks who drove in the rain from Salem and Portland. The made the trek because they’d either heard of Crazy 8s or had already attended an event and wanted more. And more they got. Once again a unique panel of authors shared their views of writing, creativity, and shared their personal stories of how they came to be writers. This reporter witnessed the total absorption of the attendees to the 8-minute soliloquies put forth by the authors.
Words afterward: “Fantastic” “Most rewarding literary event I’ve ever attended” “So special” “Amazing” “So glad I made the drive to hear Crazy 8s again”.
See you in Beaverton this Thursday,
